Picnic Week – Picnic Menus

Of course, one of the most important features at a picnic is the food!  But you can’t just plan any menu for a picnic – it needs to be portable and hold up well to a bit of heat.  But even with these limitations, you can have a wide variety of menu items for a your al fresco meal.

Here are a few picnic menus that I think sound fabulous!

Fresh-Squeezed Lemonade

Perfect Picnic by Rachael Ray
Buttermilk Twice-Dipped Fried Chicken Tenders
Antipasto Sticks
Frozen Fruit Sticks
Hummus with Veggies and Pita Chips

Concert in the Park Picnic from Good Housekeeping
