There have been so many adorable St. Patrick’s Day parties featured in blogland over the past few weeks, but I wanted to share my three favorites and – BONUS! – they all feature free downloadable printables! The ideas in any of these parties would be easy to replicate for a small celebration for two over breakfast, or a larger event with family and friends. Mr. Lemon, being 25% Irish, is a huge fan of St. Patrick’s Day and with it falling on a Saturday this year, you better believe that we’ll be celebrating!
#1 – Top of the Morning to Ya!
This St. Patrick’s Day breakfast is absolutely fantastic! Many breakfast foods can easily become festive with just a few drops of food coloring. The ladies from My Sister’s Suitcase were great enough to share their printable collection for anyone to use! I particularly love the clever labels they’ve given everything – green milk as “Pinch Proof Potion”?! Adorable! Head over to their blog for more photos and the printables!
#2 – Preppy Plaid Beer & Desserts
MJ Paperie totally knocked this dessert bar out of the park! I love that her plaid collection could easily be used for a kids’ party (obviously, subbing in root beer!) or stay as an adult party. And the simple backdrop she created from burlap and strips of fabric (you could easily use ribbon for the same effect with less effort) turned out just gorgeous! Head over to her blog for more photos, the free printables and a drink recipe!
#3 – At the End of the Rainbow…
Bird’s Party created a gorgeous set of printables that Mindy from Creative Juice used to dream up this adorable rainbow themed dessert bar for a play date! The backdrop turned out so stunning and would be a gorgeous focal point for any party. Add in a few green drinks and snacks, and you’re ready to go! Find the free printables on Bird’s Party’s blog!
