Giving Thanks

Yes, I’m about a week late on the official giving thanks Thanksgiving post, but it’s really never too late to give thanks, is it?  So here is my thankful list as well as a few shots of our Thanksgiving table from last week…

I am so thankful for this blog, for everyone who reads and comments and shares what I have to say.  I’m thankful that writing the blog motivates me to continue creating and shares my creations and other people’s creations with people I love, people I admire, and even people I’ve never met.

I am thankful for my friends and family.  I am constantly amazed by my support group and how lucky I am to have these people who care so much about me, who understand me and stand by me.

I am so thankful for my job.  I don’t know if I’ve ever worked with people who have been so supportive of ME and my personal goals in such a short amount of time (I haven’t even worked there for six months!).  I had a rocky road to get here, but I can now say I am thankful for the path that led me to work where I am today.

I am thankful for my home and our little family.  Mr. Lemon and I moved into our home five years ago with our three cats and I cannot imagine us growing the same way had we ended up anywhere else.

And of course, I am unbelievably thankful for Mr. Lemon.  The past year definitely threw some curve balls our way.  Through everything, he has stood beside me when I’ve needed a partner, led the way when I needed a guide and followed me when I’ve expressed my dreams.  Wherever our lives may lead us, I know that I will always have the best nest as long as I am with him.

And I’m thankful that you met Sean, because I can’t imagine him being with anyone half as wonderful as you :o) By the way, I love those curly willow things, but they must collect dust like nobody’s business!
